Terms of Service

Last updated: January 5, 2026

ZeroList is developed and operated by Crestwood Digital, LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the ZeroList browser extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use ZeroList.

2. What ZeroList Does

ZeroList is a browser extension that helps you save and organize product links from any website. It's a tool, not a shopping platform or marketplace.

  • We don't sell products: ZeroList helps you organize links. When you click "Buy," you're taken to the retailer's website.
  • We don't process payments: All purchases happen directly with the retailer.
  • We don't guarantee availability: Products may go out of stock, prices may change, and links may break.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use ZeroList responsibly:

  • Don't use ZeroList for illegal purposes or to violate any laws.
  • Don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the extension.
  • Don't use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.
  • Respect the terms of service of the websites you save products from.

4. Disclaimers

ZeroList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • No accuracy guarantee: Product information (prices, images, descriptions) is pulled from third-party websites. We don't verify or guarantee its accuracy.
  • No uptime guarantee: The extension may experience bugs, downtime, or compatibility issues with certain websites or browsers.
  • Third-party links: We're not responsible for the content, products, or practices of external websites you access through ZeroList.
  • Data loss: Since your data is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover it if you delete the extension or clear your browser data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroList, Crestwood Digital, LLC, and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension, including but not limited to: lost data, incorrect pricing, failed purchases, or issues with third-party retailers.

6. Intellectual Property

The ZeroList extension, logo, and branding are owned by Crestwood Digital, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ZeroList at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

You can stop using ZeroList at any time by uninstalling the extension. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the service for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
