1. The Short Version

We built ZeroList because we believe tools should solve problems without harvesting your life. We don't want your email, we don't want your password, and we don't want your data. Your wishlist lives on your device, under your control, and nowhere else.

2. Data Storage & Privacy

ZeroList does not have a backend database. Every product you save, every note you write, and every list you create is stored locally in your browser's extension storage (IndexedDB/LocalStorage).

• No Syncing: Because we don't use servers, your data does not sync between devices automatically. Your list on your laptop is separate from your list on your desktop.
• No Tracking: We don't track which items you save or which stores you visit.
• Your Control: If you delete the extension or clear your browser data, your list is gone forever. We cannot "recover" it for you because we never had it.

3. Monetization & Affiliate Links

To keep ZeroList free and sustainable without selling user data, we use affiliate links.

When you click a "Buy" link from your list, we may redirect that click through an affiliate network (like Skimlinks). If you make a purchase, ZeroList may earn a small commission. This process is handled by the network at the moment of the click and does not involve storing your personal information on our end.

4. Third Party Services

We keep our "tech stack" as minimal and private as possible:

• GitHub Pages / Netlify: To host this static website.
• Affiliate Networks: Only triggered when you voluntarily click a purchase link.
